I was directed there by the front desk staff at the nearby Fairfield In, which had no rooms. BIG
Pros:

There was NOTHING to like about the place. It is worn down, the refrigerator was dirty inside, the bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages and the hand towels were stained and dirty. I did not attempt to get under the covers - I slept in my clothes on top of the bedspread.
AND the tv remote did not work.

I paid way too much to drive 30 miles outside of Penn state.

Overall, it was good for the price and would be a perfect place to stay if someone was planning to stay for a while and

This property was the first hotel that I’ve been to that had multiple rooms and a kitchen in it.

Cons:

This property sits right off a divided street so it is a bit challenging to get into the property if coming from the wrong direction as drivers have to go down the road and make a u-turn at an intersection to get going the opposite direction to pull into the parking lot. The parking at this property also felt tight and unorganized. I also would have preferred the TV to be in the bedroom instead of by the door with a couch.

Room was very clean except they missed an old coffee filter and old coffe grounds in the coffee maker, they were moldy.

Pros:

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke, it was suffocating. The carpet was disgusting, someone’s shoes were left in the closet so the cleaners clearly didn’t look there. Sheets were clean but stained. Floor was uneven so you’d trip. Definitely won’t stay here again.
