Pros:

Localização e valor pela entrega muito bons. Fiquei ali para trabalhar em Duque de Caxias e Macaé... Fica bem localizado, e por um valor bem honesto, você tem um quarto limpo, cafe da manhã e localização com vários opções de restaurantes na beira de estrada.

Acredito que o banheiro poderia ser renovado.
