Nice place
Bathroom floors dirty. Broken TV. Workmen banging on walls in room above us. Mattresses old and uncomfortable.
Staff courteous and efficient
Breakfast food was good and service efficient
Safe, affordable and comfortable.
Front Desk Attendant was super nice and inviting. Room was clean, stocked and comfortable. Courtyard was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast hot with lots to choose from. Will stay again!
We got there. Took a shower next morning when we got up went to get dressed. The bottom of our feet were black from the dirt from the floors.
There were pubic hairs all over the bedding, without even turning down the sheets. They were in the pillowcases and even on the phone on the bedside table. The bathroom was worse and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Despite the disgusting room, the front desk attendant was lovely and very apologetic.
The hotel looks much nicer in photos. Once we checked into our room and got all of our stuff to the room, we noticed that the light in the room would not work and also there was no box in the room to even have TV. The nice girl from the front desk came up and tried to help us and ended up having to move us to a whole different room. There were a lot of rooms that were not usable. The rooms that were available were not very clean or nice! The pool was closed due to maintenance, but nothing was going on with it. Right in the middle of the summer!!! Lots of sketchy people hanging out around the rooms. Definitely will not be staying here again!!
Place should be condemned.
It was OK.
The food was terrible. Look like drug dealers prostitutes a bunch of thugs hanging around I would not recommend staying here.
Good all @
This was an inexpensive option for a weekend stay to visit family. Culpepper is a very neat place to shop and eat. There were noisy guests and trucks in lot, but could happen everywhere. Staff was very cooperative and friendly. All you needed was to ask and they would help
Check in was slow, the room had a smoke detector with a chirping battery that they told me to remove rather than fix or move me, there were people down by the pool being extremely loud and obnoxious until after 3am. Horrible experience. Will never at a Days Inn again.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay is comfortable and happy. They also take excellent care of their pool. Our room was very clean. The house keepers there make daily visits to fix beds, take trash etc.. we also loved that it included tickets per each guest to enjoy complimentary breakfast at Peppers Gril. Their food was so good. They even gave the kids free icecream.
Mildew, wet carpet, water dripping from the walls. Mold growing on things. Dampness. Where supposed to stay 11 nights, made it one and half. Would not recommend.
Everything was fine, except the water for the shower was not hotI’m
Near to adjacent locations where we were traveling from and to.
Dirty, dirty, dirty and more dirt. Pure filth to include ceilings, bathroom walls, carpet (gross & sticky), dresser drawers, and bed skirts. Dust everywhere, also had garbage (cigarette) under the bag in the garbage can. Disgusting room!
Went to the restaurant, twice only to grab some morning coffee. Both days, Sat/Sun they were out. Tried to take a plate of food to go but was told I couldn't. I offered to pay but was still denied. Okay, hotel rules, I guess.
Went to the bar around 9:45PM Saturday night, was told they close at 10:00PM. I ordered one drink and consumed it rather quickly. A couple, assuming they were friends of the bartender were given drinks and allowed to stay, as I was politely asked to leave.
Only saving grace was talking to the morning front desk employee. She was very polite, pleasant and a breath of fresh air to a stinky and disgusting hotel!
Very very dirty and strong smell inside the room
Room was not very clean, toilet kept backing up! Some stranger kept knocking on my door! Did not fell safe!
