Mementos by ITC Hotels Jaipur

My partner and I stayed here for about 6 days.

We both loved our stay here. We chose a hotel a bit away from Jaipur in case we wanted to have a relaxing day in between traveling around for sightseeing.

I highly commend the service of the staff:

-Vijay was our driver for airport transfers and a shopping excursion in the city. He was a safe and knowledgeable driver who even helped us plan an impromptu elephant sanctuary visit

-Ajitesh greeted us every morning for breakfast. He always knew my order before I did and always kept an eye on us to make sure we had everything we needed every breakfast

-Suraj and Suresh were tasked with housekeeping for us. Very friendly and always asked if there was anything they could get us to make our stay better. They also did an amazing job taking care of our room.

-Syatma (I may have spelled his name wrong) he was our bartender at Mayur. Always kept our glasses full and even created a cocktail for me on the spot that was not on the menu

-Sahil took care of us when we spent a day at the pool. Making sure we were stocked with beverages while ensuring we had a good time

-Abihav (apology if I also get his name wrong) he was at the front desk during night hours. Also very professional and friendly. I lost my key card and he was kind enough to make sure we had a ride back to our room

Overall we would stay here again. It may have been the off season but nothing was off about our stay. The property is beautiful and we had a lot of fun!

Excellent hotel, the best breakfast in India, lovely gardes and spacious rooms and bathrooms, avoid taling the village route at night, better to go through the longest route.

Brand new plush hotel with all amenities in room. Staff seems quite lethargic and take things quite lightly with little sense of responsibility. They need to be monitored and trained properly

Absolutely stunning property with great rooms and facilities. The food, staff, and service was beyond excellent. Highly recommend this stay.

It's only 10-15 minuted from Johri Bazaar, Jal Mahal, and other sightseeing spots, and about a 40 minute drive from Jhalana/ Amagarh reserve.

The team even planned a special private dinner for us on our anniversary.

Paradise. Sumit was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. A peaceful oasis. Wish we had more time there.

The stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The staff was courteous and understood our request very well. The spa was partly functional so i will review that once its fully functional on my next visit.

The exclusivity of the property is definitely there and the staff was extremely polite and professional. They even insisted on celebrating my birthday during breakfast and brought a small cute cake for me to cut.All the staff knew it was my birthday and everyone wished me. its a small gesture but, for me it felt special. Some of the names of the staff I can recall are Neeraj (at checkin), Arshdeep and Sumit (during breakfast). All of the staff not just these three were amazing, I just recall these three because of the amount of interaction I had with them.
