Great stay just off the highway
Pros:

The property is clean, the staff were great, the breakfast buffet and restaurant was very well managed and run. The rooms too were clean, neat and huge.

Cons:

Nothing really stood out, except the light switches. I notice that every hotel these days has their own logic to managing the room switches. It can be quite challenging figuring them out, but everything worked.

World-Class Service in a Beautiful and Peaceful Setting
Pros:

What an exceptional hotel, truly meeting international five-star standards. Nestled in a beautiful location overlooking lush green hillsides, it provides the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat or remote working stay. After spending an entire month here, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every member of the team, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant staff, consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Sristi, Suhel, and Gautam at Reception. The entire reception team was fantastic, always smiling, welcoming, and eager to help with any request. Samrudi from Housekeeping was excellent, always ensuring I had everything I needed and maintaining the highest standards throughout my stay.

I would also like to acknowledge the General Manager, Mr. Devendra. It is clear that such exceptional service and attention to detail stem from outstanding leadership. He has built and nurtured an incredible team, and the hotel’s consistently high standards are a testament to his management.

A very special mention goes to Pankaj, the Executive Housekeeper. He is truly a star. Any five-star hotel would be fortunate to have someone of his calibre. His professionalism, dignity, customer service, and warm demeanour are qualities often associated with senior management. I have no doubt that he has an extremely bright future in the hospitality industry.

Ramesh was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. And I would also like to thank Rakesh from the Front Office team, as well as everyone in the restaurant, whose names I unfortunately do not know. Every member of the team was excellent. One staff member in particular always remembered me and thoughtfully brought my preferred tea each day, a small gesture that made a lasting impression.

Value for money, would stay again.
Pros:

Very comfortable, large and bright rooms. The entire place is well maintained.

Cons:

Our dinner was good. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. I am always surprised that very basic Indian food like Poha or Khichdi is not authentic. Communication between the waiter and the cook needs to improve.

Location is nice specially for family & friends get together’s . Special mention to Front office manager Rakesh such a professional person on the day on check in he was handling entire reception desk alone . As no other staff available. Keep it up

Cons:

Pool is very small accordingly to size of property. Requires big indoor activities or kids play area. Overall staff is less in different area . Due to that service to guest is not up to mark .

Overall the stat was not a value for money with poor service standards
Pros:

Big property with good room sizes and well kept property

Cons:

The service was very poor and also it was very expensive to order food there. The price was too high and portions were too low. There is no justification for such exorbitant prices of food in such a small city.
