It is the worst hotel hat i have ever stayed in there was no electricity for 4 hours, bathroom reeked of piss. The staff was ignorant and shady. This is a shady place where you would freak out. Please do not visit this place rather spend the night outside in the city that is safer. I had the worst experience there.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room provided was nothing like the photos shown online — completely different in layout, design, and quality. Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room. The staff attempted to mask it with a room freshener spray, which only made the situation worse.

The condition of the room was below basic standards. The mattress and bedding were worn out, unhygienic, and very uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, which added to the overall negative experience.

This stay was an absolute waste of money. The hotel’s presentation online is highly misleading, and I would strongly advise others not to book here. It’s one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had — truly unacceptable.

Dear Fab Hotels Team,

I recently stayed at Fab Hotel VR Stays near Millennium City Centre, Gurgaon, and had a very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with a strong unpleasant smell coming from it. Due to the unhygienic environment, I had no option but to cancel my stay and book another hotel.

To make matters worse, I have not received a refund of ₹1144, which I believe I deserve considering the poor condition of the property.

I request you to please process my refund at the earliest. It was a very bad experience, and I hope Fab Hotels will take appropriate action to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction in the future.
