The breakfast was decent and staff was nice

We didn't have any ac in our roo . And with having a medical condition it was not good

Cons:

We had booked 2 rooms and they only had 1 for us.. put us in a room with 1 bed and a couch for 5 of us.. Sat 45 mins at the desk

I would recommend this and stay again
Pros:

The location was great. The rooms were very clean and it felt homey. The breakfast had gluten free options which is very helpful. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft and the pool wasn’t functioning well. The price is a little high per night, especially for extended weekends

It was okay but I definitely expected some things to be nicer for $200 a night.
Pros:

I really liked the layout of the rooms and all the storage available

Cons:

1. The toilet paper was not even on an actual toilet paper holder, it was just a loose giant roll of the cheapest possible toilet paper.
2. One day the children in my family were swimming in the pool, and an employee came in and asked everyone to get out of the pool and they told us they had to shut the pool down for an hour to add the chemicals. Well apparently they added too much and the pool was actually closed the entire day. My kids were planning on swimming there for most of the day, so becuase of this they were extremely upset and then we had to find another activity to fill our time. Why were the chemicals not added at night when they were closing the pool?
3. We stayed five nights and only got new towels twice. Our beds were never made and the trash was not removed from our room.

I love the convenience of the breakfast area and coffee. Very comfortable room with plenty of amenities and very spacious.

Home2 is our “go-to” when possible. Never disappoints.
Pros:

The room was spacious and accommodating for family of 5. Shout out to Carla at the front desk, she was very generous and even offered to relocate her car if needed to make sure we had a parking spot. Although not needed it was a selfless act of generosity on her behalf.
