Better maintenance and house keeping
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

1st room had a lot if flies when I got when I got there and the plumbing was backed up. 2 room had marked and crayons all over the wall and the smoke alarms were missing the vent covers were missing and the room smelled like smoke

Staff was nice but room could be better
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

1st room i had the drain backing up in the shower and sink the second room was full of crayons drawing all over the wall the smoke detector was missing and the vent from the bathroom was missing. The floors were sticky

Slept well and easy to get to and from. Missed several shows we wanted to watch.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, even though pillows were very flat.

Cons:

TV did not work, TV remote was missing the back panel so batteries were exposed. Microware was not plugged in. No switch for the bathroom light, stayed on all the time. We closed the door at night. Air conditioner was very noisy, but we kept the room at 80 degrees.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Place was clean. Easy to get in and out of locatoin.

Cons:

Air conditioner didnt work . No hair driver. No shampoo or bodywash or soap .

Everything, do not stay here. It's disgusting. We checked out within 20 minutes. It smells horrible. The remote was taped together, the outlet came out of the wall when my son removed his phone charger. Not for families! Felt very unsafe!!

It was a decent place to stay

The service was horrible. We notice something hard on our blanket the next morning of the stay. We didn't get no shampoo or conditioner. We weren't checked on to see if we needed anything the whole stay. And apon leaving we were told that our $100 deposit for our dog who stays in his cage while at hotels was going to be kept because supposedly it had dog poop from our dog who stays in a cage. This wasn't our first bad experience the first bad experience we were told that our dog barked to much in a pet friendly hotel. Very unsatisfied
