I rented this room for my sister and her family. The front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. He apparently was evicting people at 2:00 in the morning And got all the dogs that were staying there riled up and started barking including hers the bathroom was not clean there was no stopper for the tub but the tub didn't drain properly anyways she felt like the place was very sketchy. She didn't feel comfortable enough to sleep with her kids there and she had a long drive to the next hotel so she packed your family up and left as soon as you could. I was very disappointed. The description of the place sounded very nice pictures show nice rooms and a nice place but it is very deceiving she just needed a place for her family to rest after a 14-hour drive she didn't get that until she got to the next destination

There wasn't much I didn't like maybe just some of the people around the area but that's not the businesses fault they try to keep people like that away best they can

Overall experience wasn't great. In the hallways there was pet food all over the floors. The doors to enter the building were open, not secure whatsoever. It is by truck stops, so there is a ton of noise in general. There are so many people slamming doors, the noise level was unbelievable, and truly all night. As a female, I did not feel safe whatsoever. My door lock appeared to be tampered with from the outside. The rooms smelled so strongly of cat urine I'm not sure that my clothes will ever smell normal again. The comforter had burn marks on it. I feel like the remodel really helped but there were so many things that even for that price, should have been better.

A la hora de checking, al de recepción no le constaba que estuviera pagado y aunque le presentamos mil comprobantes, como su sistema no reconocía la tarjeta empleada, nos quería volver a cobrar. Después de estos cancelar y por lo tanto reembolsar el dinero, fue cuando volvimos a pagar y poder ir a dormir. El recepcionista muy impresentable. Terminó insultando al de booking….Nada profesional.
Para nuestra sorpresa, las toallas, estaban sucias y con pelos de gente. Volvimos a recepción para pedir unas limpias, y después de unos 10 juegos diferentes, pudimos llevarnos “las menos sucias “.
Las sábanas tampoco parecían estar limpias, por lo que tuvimos que poner una toalla nuestra dentro de la cama,
