Overall, it was great, very quaint and cozy. It is awesome for couples! We do plan to stay again!
Pros:

The villas were tucked away in a subdivision but it was still quite cozy and quiet. The inside of the villas were very clean. Check-in was through the restaurant, but it was fairly easy and staff was nice. We were not familiar with the area but there were places nearby to eat and shop.

Cons:

When I step onto the balcony, there were a lot of cobwebs. We didn't spend much time on the balcony but I wished those had been swept away. Also, we reserved 3 villas and one of the villas did not have heat. Someone came to check it out but was unable to fix it. We were graciously refunded the money for that unit so we were thankful for that.

Pros:

My room was very nice how the wall where the AC unit it was discolored due to AC leaked I guess. It was a wash cloths on the floor underneath it. Also sink water pressure was too low. Other than that it was a fantastic.

High steps to entrance, no railing to help up. Lighting was terrible. I like to read or crochet while watching TV. We had trouble getting code to room to work more than once. Maids woke us up first morning, to see if we needed anything. Second morning they were here before check out time;they tried to open door to see anyone was there. Would never stay there again. We have stayed all over the United States but this is one place we would not stay in again.

Pros:

Great spot tucked away on a beautiful marsh inlet, very quiet and private. The bed was so comfortable we had difficulty getting up in the mornings. The showers had great pressure and the towels were big and fluffy. Highly recommend for couples retreat or small groups to decompress. I think the only thing I needed was a dish towel for the coffee station but we did our best not to spill. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The bungalow was right on the water. It was a beautiful setting. The bungalow was beautiful and the restaurant and bar onsite were great. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for; the floors were dirty, sliding glass door was dirty, hair on the pillow cases. Since there are only 4 bungalows getting quick service to help with any issues doesn’t happen. They tell you to call the restaurant and ask for the manager but he doesn’t really know how to help/deal with the hotel side.
