Clean decent hotel that is nice but overpriced.
Pros:

It was clean and the pool was warm.

Cons:

Misrepresentation of the pictures for the rooms that are selected. They did not honor the early check in that was confirmed through booking.com

Pros:

Actually I booked the room for the wrong day they was full went across the street and I paid for the room in advance my fault but next morning went to front desk explaining they couldn't refund so very patiently he waited why I navigated the cancelation policy now take it its the day of to late for a refund without there authorization kudos for the front desk responding. So didn't get to stay but the class of professional edicate I give it 5 stars

Over all the breakfast was good the young lady working night shift while we were there was very nice
Pros:

The young lady working nights was very nice and helpful with everything that we needed she has great customer skills and was very nice to all of us

Cons:

Our kids got stuck in the elevator and had to have the fire trucks come and get them out

Great value, clean, easy access
Pros:

Desk staff did very well and was happy to see the staff be so proactive on the snow and ice management. Whole place, the great room, halls stairway & rooms clean, and not abused looking. Bathroom was bright and clean
We will check with this place first next year for sure.

Cons:

#1 Parking
#2 breakfast options were limited. We generally got down between 8-9 & was limited on hot item options from not being refilled im sure trying not to waste food though.
#3 interstate sounds coming through window would be another. Will request room on other side of the hall but not a big deal breaker.
#4 the shower door would roll right open immediately after trying to close it so we had to maneuver a hand towel to keep it from opening.

Kevin is exceptionally pleasant & helpful. Followed up with us. Awesome personality for hospitality.
Pros:

The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Hot water for showers.
The room temperature upon arrival was 42 degrees. Called the front desk and Kevin came up to check. Offered to move us or he was going to get it looked at. He then returned to check the thermostat which we discovered was in the wall/window unit. We stayed in the room and waited for it to warm up. We sleep comfortably and had dinner delivered.
Very pleasant after the room heated up which did take a long time.

Cons:

The amount of time it took to heat up the room.

The breakfast food is terrible. I’ve definitely had better at other Hotel Suites by Hilton. We threw the food we chose away.
