Everything was good. Kind of a weird area, tucked against the highway.

The place was beautiful and quiet. Compared to other places i would say its bargain. You get great room and everything was new and the bed was super comfortable.

Its been 8 days since i was there they say my bank has my deposit on hold still havint got my deposit back

Eeek! Stale smoke throughout the building and delightfully distinct urine smell on opening the room. Experience was rounded out by surly staff. Thankfully third party reservation service was able to get a refund in spite of the staff (who assured us the property was smoke free etc...)

Breakfast was pretty minimal, even by continental standards. It didn't open up, even for coffee-only, until 7am.

Hotel had a smokey smell. We changed rooms because we couldnt handle it. Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean though. Very noisey outside. You could hear everyone and everything. Lots of people smoking Marijuana and it was smelt all around the facility. It was fine to stay overnight but wouldn't do a long stay here.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time, but otherwise no complaints. The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and we had no issues with hot water, although some others did. Affordable price. Would stay again.

Overall good hotel up until someone opened our room door late at night, must’ve realized the room was occupied since they closed it quick guessing the staff because who else would have a key ? Makes me not wanna go back yet it was a good place up to that point.

This property is currently under renovation and has a lot of potential despite the ongoing construction. The rooms were clean and tidy my only area of improvement for the room would be the temperature of the shower.. the maximum hot water was lukewarm at best and a few degrees would’ve made a lot of difference. Also, the vending machines at the end of the hallway did not function properly. If you were to ask me again, if I would stay here, my answer would be yes because the price for what was received was perfectly fair.

We booked a king..we got a queen..smelt like body cheeks and cigarettes. I had to get spray to sleep peacefully.

Some upgrades came with the new name. Exterior and interior refresh. Room and areas were clean. A mini fridge would have been nice.
Check in experience was not the best but maybe she was having a bad day. Breakfast was about average.

I was very pleasantly surprised. It is a rough neighborhood when you exit the highway. I was initially wishing we stayed closer to an exit or two to the south with a lot more around it. However, the building was secure with keycard only access and the room was renovated and clean. We went to bed at 9pm on a Friday night to get up at 3am and we didn't hear a thing. This is our new stay in KC place.
