Pros:

I was very disappointed with the room (127) they gave me. The bed has whole of one side which makes difficult to sleep on, specially for me that I had just back surgery and for everyone as well. I had to purchase a few nights from the Wyndham hotel in order to sleep well. The room is a good size but there’s no enough pillows or towels changing. I like the factor that everything is close. I would not came back to this room (127) never again, but l will come back for the Wyndham Hotel. I do not recommend this room to anyone.

Ocorreu tudo bem.
Para mim a parte ruim é q só chega para o hotel a reserva no dia da mesma. Então fiquei um pouco apreensivo.
E o fato de só ter 2 travesseiros no primeiro dia e quando pedi falaram q tinha q ser aprovado. Acho q o básico são 4 travesseiros na cama. Mas tudo bem.
O colchão do apartamento 127 está afundando de um lado só. Era bom vcs checarem para trocar.
Só alguns pontos de sugestão.
Estacionamento para flat não é cobrado.
Mas voltaria sim. No geral foi bacana.

Pros:

This is the first time in my 25 years that I visit Sao Paulo and use same Hotel that I made reservation on Wyndham hotel and in fact this was private room in same building. For 13 days nobody changed towels, even we did not have toilet paper. How this may be possible that Privat Owner misuse Wyndham name and offer so terrible service?
