The bathroom had mold on the walls. beds were too high, had to pick up grandkids to get them on the bed. I did not like the fact that the AC only went down to 73, Finally, found a coffee pot, unable to locate a coffee cup. Was booked with free breakfast at restaurant, not a restaurant was a bistro... coffee bar.. not, what was implied.

Well located and perfect to have fun with friends.
Pros:

The lobby and the location are amazing. We liked the Sunday market

Cons:

The room was not cleaned during our stay and there were plenty of amenities missing (not enough towels for the all guests) No storage area on the bathroom

Pros:

The hotel was terrific! Special thanks to the bar tenders on the lobby level; they were terrific! Wish I could remember their names. And special thanks to Aramis - awesome as well!! And Valets were great!!

Cons:

I was disappointed with having to pay for parking; I didn't expect that and $40 to valet seemed a bit much. But the valets were terrific - very pleasant and helpful!

Pros:

Caroline the bartender was fantastic as were the front desk staff! The valet service was outstanding! Loved the staff in the roof top restaurant! Food was great!

Cons:

We had no wash clothes in our bathroom & the floor in the shower was extremely slippery. We both almost fell. Tried to get wash clothes but were told there were none. Other than that every thing was great
