The staff was very friendly and helpful, outside of some initial crickets in my first queen bed room there were no bugs....
The queen beds were very uncomfortable definitely can use some upgrades... But for a budget friendly hotel I was pleased

Need to clean smoker’s materials from all around the property… nasty!

The hotel was quiet. The staff let us check in early. But the condition of the build was not good. I don’t know how it achieved an 8 rating. Stains on the bedding. Mold in the bathroom. Cracks in the molding.

The stay was good clean comfortable no complaints

Toilet didn’t flush everything down. When I called front desk got no help they just said maybe it needs plunged but never came to do it. The bedding had stains and burns in them.

While the lobby restroom was only a few steps away from a bio hazard, the rest of the open areas and the actual room was clean. No bad odors or visible accumulated dirt/trash. For the price, this place is a gem. comfortable beds and quiet. I have stayed multiple times and have no issues with staying again (senior female travelling solo).
I mourn the absence of the waffle machine which was removed because people refused to read the instructions and it created too many problems. This visit, I noticed the yogurt was also gone. Breakfast is shrinking, but that is not enough to make me spend $25/night more at another hotel.
As long as the door locks, the room is clean and the location is quiet, all is good - I only use the room to sleep.
A bit of maintenance is needed to fix cosmetic things in the rooms - do so before they become chronic and a reason for folks to not take care of their rooms when they stay.
Family run , pleasant staff. good place to overnight.

The beds were so hard, the room had a mildewy smell, and the bathtub was disgusting. Will not booking there again

Thought room needed severe updating to meet basic standard. Would not even look at food offered for breakfast
