Two issues with my stay. One was the A/C unit in the room. Made a great deal of noise. The second was at checkout. I get to the lobby door and it was locked. I rang and someone came to the door. The greeting was, “ what do you want” . I said I was checking out, and I hand him my keys. Then he says “ anything else “. I asked if I could grab an orange that was on the table right inside the door. The guy replied, “we are not open”. With that he closed the door. The time was, 5:49AM. He was not wearing a name tag, nor did he give his name. Yes I was ten minutes before opening time. I don’t think that I was too far out of line. Since my request was to step five steps into the lobby, grab an orange, and leave. I will remember this treatment, the next time a book a room. And I will 99% book with another company.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. Wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was free.

The staff is lovely. The rooms are clean, BUT it was such an unsafe environment that I had friends come with me to grab my stuff so I could stay somewhere else.

I have lived all over the country in some pretty run down areas (including down the street from a couple of crack houses in DC). I have never felt so unsafe.

There are few lights in the parking lot or in the areas outside the rooms.

There were many groups of people outside of their rooms smoking cigarettes, drinking, etc. One room had a woman clearly on drugs being held up by her boyfriend (maybe?) ,smoking a cigarette while another dude leered on also smoking a cigarette.

It was such a dodgy vibe. Spend the money. Stay somewhere else.

The room was in good shape, but the refrigerator wasn't plugged in. The issue was there wasn't an outlet available so for use, I had to move the appliance.

Worst place I’ve ever seen . Infested with roaches and every other type of bug . Left right away and was told I’d get a refund which they kept avoiding and never calling back . Rude woman at the desk who just kept lying about the manager being in . You couldn’t pay me enough money to stay there . This place should be shut down

Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

This was the worst expereince I have ever had staying at a hotel. We checked in and was given a room with active cockroach infestation and a very moldy bathroom. We went to the front desk to complain and get a new room only to go to that room where there was already a guest in it. Third room was adequate but upon checkout day there was NO HOT WATER. Sent emails to the general manager Yanesh with NO RESPONSE to this day. Complained to front desk who laughed in our faces as if it was a joke. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was clean and appeared newly upgraded. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom light fixture was on the floor when I arrived in the room. The microwave did not work. I saw a roach on the desk on two different days during my stay. When I notified the front desk of the problems, they fixed the light fixture and the microwave issues.

Only downfall to the property is they did not have any dishes or dish detergent. We checked in around 9p and i assumed since the room came with a kitchenette that the pots spoons and cooking ware would be provided on site.

Walmart was only 10 mins away. However we didn't plan on buying pots and pans during our stay.

Everything else was amazing!!!

Bed was hard and not enough pillows. The surrounding area is sketchy. Seems a lot of Hispanics living there. Noisy in the morning

Very good stay! There definitely was a lot of noise throughout the night into the morning, but good stay overall.

Stayed here 4 nights in August. Located about a ten minute walk from a metro stop and a walmart and restaurants approx 20 mins.
Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Continental breakfast available. No problems with internet connection.
Fridge/freezer in room and double hob which was pointless as no pans/crockery/cutlery. Floor could have been cleaner. Had a shower, walked to bedroom and feet were dirty. No room service so no change of towels.

This is a motel where your room door opens to the outside. There were multiple families living in the hotel. Hotel staff taking pics of people's rooms who were overstaying their welcome. When we arrived, we were met at the elevator by a woman smoking weed up against it. The beds are on metal bases that sound like a filing cabinet opening whenever you move. Bathroom was old and gross. Place is terrible, would never go back.

The mattress pad needed replace and there was nothing in the room to sit and relax on, only an office chair.

Very clean
