Fantastic
Pros:

I wish I had more time there. Pools, staff, room decor, and beautiful garden made our stay. Everything was top top notch. We also enjoyed taking the bikes out. Can't wait to go back!!! I was in resort vacation mode right when I got there.

Tranquil and welcoming
Pros:

This is an incredibly peaceful environment. Two quiet pools to relax in or around. Enveloped with mountain views, lush flowers and vegetation constantly visited by hummingbirds. The staff are incredible. This is our third year visiting and we will be back again.

Loved everything about it!
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel with lush greenery, spacious suites, and multiple tranquil pool and sitting areas! Very central location less than 5 minutes from the Palm Springs Art Museum and downtown shopping area, and 15 minutes from the PSP airport.

Second time a charm!
Pros:

A favorite of ours in PS! Great location - very walkable. Stayed in the Sunflower Suite which was well equipped with a mini kitchen and has a beautiful view of the west mountains from the patio and pool access directly out the front door. The property is well maintained with a Balinese vibe. Complimentary coffee and water available during the day as well as cocktails, beer, wine available for purchase. Appreciated the property manager Joanie showing us around. This was an auntie/niece (30) trip, and I've previously stayed here with my husband.

Eden in Palm Springs
Pros:

What an amazing property. It feels like you’re at some remote retreat once you step through the entry gate, but you’re just a shirt walk from the downtown Palm Springs business district. Each room is unique and beautifully designed. The gardens/landscaping is world glass. It’s as if you’re staying in Eden! We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Palm Springs. Between the location, the beauty, the comfort and the general vibe, it’s worth every penny to stay here if you’re able to.

Not What We Expected :(
Pros:

The location is excellent and the garden and pool areas are nice. The website makes the rooms look much better than they really are. Upon checking in I felt like I was checking in to a hotel in India with lots of weird objects with lots of dust. The rooms are large but worn out and dated, The bed was not comfortable at all and felt like a bunch of rags instead of a mattress. In addition, the couch was also not very comfortable. There were stains on the tiles and the repairs over the years was not patched very professionally. The door code to the room and to access the property after hours were difficult to use even after entering our code multiple times. No one answered when we rang the bell or texts. The air conditioner worked some of the time but not all of the time. We did not get much sleep due to the horrible bed and the air conditioning not running well. The property reminds me of a airbnb than a hotel. We actually tried to look for another hotel but due to the high demand there was nothing available. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this property.
