Beautiful hotel and we had a great time.
Pros:

Beautiful location. We didn't see much staff but what we did interact with were very nice.

Cons:

Pool is noisy and we ended up with a pool front room even though we asked for an ocean front room.

Pros:

The facility and pool areas absolutely perfect. Room and loaded kitchen were perfect. Appliances top notch.

Cons:

We were not explained the pool towels/trash rules. Staff not friendly at all! Wish there was a real restaurant on site. Maybe have more than 1 person working the mini market. We were told the hotel was sold out.

Pros:

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at

Cons:

The room was booked four months in advanced for ocean front. The room faced the parking lot and swamp. I immediately went back to the desk and complained. Iris and Jean were excellent in accommodating my request for another room

Beautiful place but…..
Pros:

Very clean, love the parking facility and great ocean views!

Cons:

NO ice machines anywhere on the property and no vending machines. Cant even find a bottle of water to purchase after the market closes. Asked front desk and they were Bo help as they claimed to not even have access to any ice themselves.
