Grey customer service the whole establishment was nice and clean. The only downside was you had to pay for parking.

Cons:

You had to pay for parking as a guest. I would think you got parking for free.

Cons:

More regular coffee in the room. There was enough for one cup for each of us and it wasn't replenished over our 3-day stay, we had to go ask for more. Paying extra for parking in this location and having to go through the app to pay for it is grating; if anything that expense should be baked into the room pricing.

Pros:

Location is right by the 210 freeway easy access to all of town. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The entry being on Huntington next to the Taco Bell. You have to make a U turn to access it or go through the back street.
