Our boys loved the pool and the arcade! The restaurant was also very good! Rooms were nice and clean

Pros:

The staff was great very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and gym were clean. The game room the kids enjoyed. On site restaurant had excellent service and food. Look forward to returning.

Cons:

The sofa bed…I did not get any good sleep. I just feel like if I said I have three guests then instead of giving me one king bed and a sofa I should of been able to get two queen beds without having to pay more money

Pros:

The pool was amazingly warm…Just want I wanted.

Cons:

I only wish that the indoor pool had seating inside of the actual pool(the perimeter).

Everything outside the restaurant experience was great.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the lobby is inviting.

Cons:

The staff in the restaurant was rude and not inviting . It made us not wanting to return to the restaurant.
I went to the restaurant in the morning and asked for a cup of coffee .. she was rude and insisted that I be charged for the cup ( half filled and Luke warm) .

Our stay was more than expected for a hotel!
Pros:

We liked the plant/ green theme. Everything is updated, clean and modern. Great location, both pools were wonderful, along with the jacuzzi. Liked the opening concept between the two. Overall great stay and will stay again in the future.

Cons:

We had a bad experience in the restaurant. My wife ordered a steak, asked for medium well. It came out rare. Ordered another, that came back alittle better but still not medium well. Not sure if I'd eat at the restaurant again.

We loved the hotel
