The check in staff was great.
Ryan was the best did everything so u could enjoy your stay. Definitely would give him a 10.

Cons:

The maid service wasn't up expectations. The trash was never emptied nothing was restocked in room.
The only thing they did was the beds

Normally, I do enjoy my stay at this location, but next time I will call ahead to see if they’re having any events
Pros:

I enjoy this property because everything is at one location. We have a bar restaurant and a Jacuzzi at the ready

Cons:

Unfortunately, I chose a night when a youth sports team was traveling. The children were allowed to run up and down the hallways. I could hear them as I settled in my room for the evening and then again early in the morning. Racing from one pool to another right up until closing time. I did not have access to the Jacuzzi during my stay and it was the main reason why I chose this location. Maybe they should implement a no kid in the Jacuzzi policy. Or at least no kids in a Jacuzzi after 7 or 8 o’clock at night.
