Good trip had a great time
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Great location with everything around it.

Plugging my key into the wall to get power was wired and inconvenient.

Nice hotel staff poor restaurant customer service skills

The front desk staff were very accommodating and kind.

Cons:

However, the staff from the restaurant seemed unprofessional, frazzled and showed favoritism. I noticed to the older white folks the restaurant manager who was an older white women was more attentive to specific folks. I brought to her attention that the trash by the windows where they placed the coffee jugs was completely overflowing with flys swarming nearby and she mentioned she was going to get to it. It was a nuisance as I really wanted coffee refills, but chose to avoid it because of the overwhelming trash overflow and flies nearby. Also, they were in the transitioning of a menu so many items that my husband and I wanted were not available which was really disappointing. They did not have staff available so service was extremely slow. Its such a lovely hotel but the restaurant has its own atmosphere with poor staffing and customer services skills.

My stay was so relaxing and fun.
Pros:

Everything! I liked EVERYTHING! This place did not disappoint. From the location to the amenities to the overall experience. It was like being on a resort. I can’t say enough about this place and can’t wait to go back.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. The pools were nice if you could enjoy them due to teenagers and kids being left unattended all day and night and taking over jumping splashing and kicking everyone.

Cons:

No hotel staff was ever around to assist. The resteraunt and bar was not open most of our stay even though it said it would be. They closed one day at 645pm on a football sunday even though it was suppose to be open till 10pm. And complimentary coffee in the morning was left over for days and cold. The fire pit tables didnt work bc they shut off the propane. The pools and hot tubs were over run by young teenagers and kids left unattended. They also gave us a room above the conference center on a weekend they had a wedding reception so all night was loud music we could hear and made our room vibrate. The hotel was pretty but we won't ever go back.

Excellent staff, clean rooms and loved the balcony
Pros:

Front desk staff (I believe his name is Ryan) was exceptional. He exceeded in customer service from recommending places to eat and have fun (sight see). Explained the restaurant on site and did wait I feel went above and beyond. Check out staff the young lady was very pleasant as well. Very clean hotel lobby and rooms. I would definitely boom here again.
