A good, well-run hotel. Having a restaurant in-house a big plus!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was good for dinner, nice patio, the breakfast was not cook to order, but was above many hotel self-serve fare. The bed was very comfortable and the room had excellent sound proofing--we could not hear any other guests at all. Maintenance appeared to be excellent-the AC was very quiet.

Cons:

The hotel is surrounded by businesses and parking lots, no grounds at all--trees and more bushes in large pots would help break up the view from the patio. The lobby is dark with an imposing stone facade and dark toned furniture. The over-sized high-backed chairs are not inviting to sit and talk--some table or floor lamps would soften the steel gray corporate feel. The elevator makes very loud 'dings' when opening/closing the door and at each floor.

Me and my wife traveled with my elderly parents it was so awesome that they put their room straight across from us.. it meant a lot

5 Day Summer Stay
Pros:

This is a very new site, clean and ed. We liked having a restaurant and bar in the building. There are several fast food options within walking distance and a grocery store just a block away.
The complimentary breakfast was convenient and provided light, hot, cold options.

Cons:

There were no handholds for the bathtub, nothing to grab to get out of the tub. The beds were very nice but for a short person, I had trouble getting in/on the bed.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

There was no one maintaining it so it was out of a lot of food. I went to the front desk but could find no help. We ended up not eating there.

Cons:

The restaurant needed better food. The breakfast was very poor and unattended. For I new hotel it was very nosy and you could hear the people next to you quite clearly.

I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again if I return for the dog show next year.
Pros:

The staff were all very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The space in the back for the dogs to potty with the provision of poop bags was nice.

Cons:

Sunday morning, I asked at the front desk if the cleaning crew could please empty the trash in my room. They said they would take care of it, but when I returned at the end of the day, it wasn't done. Everything else was wonderful.
