The breakfast buffet was decent
The water drain was clogged in the washroom and the bathroom drain was clogged. The room size was a bit smaller than expected.

Desk staff was not nice (needs training) she treated me & my guest as if we were begging for a room, she was very pompous!!

I ordered 2 rooms & had evidence of booking.com confirmation number yet still they did not honour the rooms. They only allocated 1 room. It was not a good experience.

I got the room key within 5 mins also was welcomed warmly by the team with the ram bhagwan stole

Rang the bell of my room at 11:30 PM without any request raised by me, they came to check water leakage , I never made any request for this issue

Great hotel. Facilities at par with what is expected at a Radisson facility. The rooms were absolutely clean, spacious with a lot of natural light. We stayed only one night but really felt the comfort and peace. Uptown neighbourhood for people looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle of areas near to the Ram temple. The reception, housekeeping and all other staff were absolutely polite, professional and well trained. Well managed and highly recommended. Absolutely a delight to stay there, would be my first choice for all my next trips to ayodhya.
Location may feel a bit far for people who are looking for something close to the Ram temple. Commuting to and fro from the temple can be a hassle if not travelling by own car. We found it slightly difficult to find decent places to eat outside nearby the hotel, although a lot of new good eateries are opening up now nearly within 2-3km.
A convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting the Ayodhya Temple.
