Comfortable and Happy
Pros:

Lovely property. Helpful staff.
Rooms and the overall facilities where really a value for money.
Staff were always happy to help with a smile and that is a key to any good service.

Cons:

Indian food was really good but some fancy items listed weren't upto the mark.

Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

A known brand in Ayodhya

Cons:

It was highly overpriced, considering the size of the room and facilities. The staff needs more training. Breakfast quality was mediocre, Location far away from the main temple. No complimentary airport pickup or drop-off. Overall, disappointing.

Not a 4 star experience
Cons:

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in India. The rooms have no isolation, you can hear everything from other rooms, from people talking to furniture being dragged. This is especially annoying when it happens in the middle of the night and the night staff don’t do anything about it.
I was unfortunately there on a night where a wedding was going on and people were coming in and out of rooms, all night long, talking and laughing in the hallway, in the middle of the night, banging doors and dragging chairs.
It’s was extremely stressful and I got no sleep at all.
The only thing the hotel did was give me another room the next day. They didn’t reimburse my stay for that night and didn’t compensate me in any financial way.
This is definitely not how a 4 star hotel would treat its customers in the west. And now I understand why payment has to be made in advance. The quality offered is subpar to a 4 star hotel and is not matched by the price of the room. It costs a fortune to have no sleep and be constantly disturbed by noises coming from poorly built facilities.

I wish i had avoided this Hotel
Pros:

The location, amenities were great considering Ayodhya is still coming up..
Travel desk were professional enough..
Housekeeping were prompt in giving me stuffing asked for..

Cons:

1. Reception n restaurant Staff needs really focused training on what makes decent stay ..
Reception charged me again after my wife had already paid for stay .. they forgot to notice that stay was paid for already..
Restaurant staff forgot to give meal requested despite two requests
2. Toilet had a leak from loo, we only stayed from late evening to early AM so didn't ask for change, else it was disgusting to stay beyond
3. We had 2nd floor room facing lawns, lawns had hotel organised LOUD (repeat Super LOUD) music at new year gala till 2AM ( repeat 2AM) .. we booked for sleeping for a night.. guess what, we didn't really sleep.

Edit#1 on 30Jan - Hotel still hasnt refunded me for double charging despite multiple emails and calls to staff/GM (Ravi) of the Hotel

It wasn’t bad but could have been much better
Pros:

Property is quite new and nice however the front desk staff don’t respond in timely manner and the housekeeping staff don’t do a proper job

Cons:

Called for towels 5 times before I could get some as housekeeping staff didn’t leave any. Called for an iron and iron board 3 times before I was brought one.

Overall ok as there’s not much options in Ayodhya to choose from
Pros:

Location was very central

Cons:

Bathroom was clogging as the drain was blocked .
Very overpriced for the location. Even after booking for 3 guests we were charged for extra bed.
Rooms were not very clean , there were stains on carpet and the wall
