Pros:

The location of the property is bang in the centre of Lonavala and very accessible

Cons:

It can have may more facilities and activities but it currently has only a swimming pool for leisure

Superb stay
Pros:

Loved this place, very close to the railway station. excellent breakfast and all other facilities. Would love to stay there again incase we visit Lonavla.

Pros:

Rooms were beautiful, location was very convenient and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

There is no garden as shown in the images, it’s gone under construction so very little outside space. Also due to low occupancy they don’t provide buffet service for lunch or dinner and we need to choose from a limited set menu though buffet charges are included in the price. Breakfast buffet options are also very average.

Fantastisch, voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Het is echt een viersterrenhotel. Het ziet er fantastisch uit en alles is echt klasse. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en het ontbijt is voortreffelijk.

Cons:

Er is een zwembad, maar daar heb je niet zoveel aan, want het water is echt ijs- en ijskoud.

The hotel stay was great value for money. Happy to recommend to friends and families
Pros:

Great ambience. Was very well maintained. Staff is very humble and supportive.
Restaurant provides wide range of fresh and delicious multi cuisine food.

Cons:

The route to the hotel and the location could be better. Conspicuous signage and the approach road will help visitors.

Cleanliness. Housekeeping . Location. Check in. Food.

Cons:

No Spa or Gym. The service in the restaurant is pathetic despite minimal customers. Breakfast spread was limited and there were no indian sweets.
