It was very easy. No problems at all

Good parking and easy to find

I stay there every two weeks when I'm in California and it's always been great and the staff is amazing

building is really old, and kind of had a hodgepodge of gizmos in the room, but no plugs for phone chargers
near the beds.
but it had a good coffee machine, microwave, and ok breakfast and was good enough.

This hotel was disappointing. After reading several reviews I was aware that they were in the process of updating rooms so we gave it a shot. We got a room that was semi renovated(new tub/shower/sink). Those were wins. Unfortunately the condition of the rest of the room was not in good condition. There was large areas of peeling paint, a dirty chair with a hole and ripped out batting. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the curtains and coverlet were old and musty. This was a huge disappointment. Had we arrived before nightfall, we would have stayed somewhere else.

The AC squeaked, the carpet was very stained and sticky, the TV wasn’t picking up any stations.

clean and staffs are nice

First thing is first - choosing this property was a mistake for me and my family. The positives - the housekeeping staff does well as in the room was generally clean. there were no insects, and the front desk staff is friendly. The experience - this place is a junk motel that the owner seem to be making nice - but it’s not there yet. The hotel seems to have many regular residences that sit in from of their rooms smoking there are so many ash trays full of butts it’s so gross. There is junk everywhere, people working on their cars, the maintenance staff is not on it - black mold, broken lighting, stained furniture, disgusting dirty blinds from the 80s. The pool is a laugh - it always looks like a party just happened. No one swims here. The breakfast is the literal bare minimum. I don’t want to tear the place apart but it was awful and so expense. They refunded me like 10% but I’d pay so much to have made a better choice.

The only thing bad was the tub wasn’t clean and the floor wasn’t swept

Easy parking, safety, property is quiet. clean towels. Room floor was not clean, mini Refrigerator was so dirty I can't used..BUT, price is very cheap. No complain.

The room was clean enough but there were a few dust bunnies left on the floor. There were also small ants in the room. There was a body soap dispenser but it was by the sink not in the shower. No Kleenex, and had to go to the office for more TP.
The TV was difficult, had to push buttons 6 times in the correct order to get it to turn on.
Outside carpet on stairs and in front of rooms was dirty,with sunflower hulls and cigarette butts laying around.
I would not use the ice machine, it was not pristine and there was garbage behind it.
Complimentary "breakfast" had no protein, small muffins and green bananas, one morning was enough.
Will not stay there again.

The stay was fine... room was a bit run down, but clean enough and I'll give them an extra star for just being friendly and affordable.

I ended up paying more. The unit wasn't clean, had a stale smell, and there was an unexplainable creaking noise throughout the night.

The bathroom was dirty. The mirror was dirty. There was hair dye stuff under the sink in the bathroom. The prior people must have dyed their hair and left the dye out. The walls in the bathroom were splattered with some red stuff. (Looked like sweet and sour sauce) The floor next to the night stands were dirty and there was so much dirt and leaves. It definitely wasn’t cleaned at all. Very disappointed

Bed was comfortable, but the room had a urine odor.

Very musky smell to the room. Wall outlet no cover on it. I heard chewing in the wall in the morning. Mice were seen in the breakfast area in the lobby. Underneath the food table there was a large rat hole in the wall. When it was pointed out management was not surprised. 2 of my sons slept on the pullout bed in the room. They both got pinkeye.

We enjoyed the pool

The place right off the freeway so easy access. Probably great for jackson rwncheria customers. We were going to caves during our stsy so it was within 40 min. Of all our destinations in the foothills.. check in went super fast. Manager was veey nice. The room was solid, the air conditioner wouldnt come on early morning, and the shower was small. The bed sheets seemed a little warn, wirh some, old slight stains, felt like not unclean, just sheets getting a lil old. Overall for the price, the breakfast with fresh waffle maker and coffee, is a very solid value..
