A lot of space and we loved the decor! It had everything that we needed.

Great stay! nicely furnished and rather new

Cons:

We were three people, but the sofa bed was not prepared. Had to do it ourselves in the middle of the night. But that's not too bad.

Location was excellent. Right in the heart of town and close to dining. Room was clean and well furnished. Easy contactless check in.

Cons:

Zero housekeeping the entire time. Had to buy TP when we ran out. Trash was overflowing in our room by weeks end.

Wonderful Suite Hotel-Excellent Location.
Pros:

The bed was excellent. We were in the upstairs suite, so we had a roof top patio-a bit cold to sit there but great in warmer weather. The kitchen was decently stocked with extra tea. Loved the humidifier. Easy walking distance to eat. We were very comfortable.

Absolutely would stay here again. Loved it.
Cons:

We went during a snowstorm and couldn’t park in the street out front. Had to park on a side street.
No heat in the bedroom had to use a fan tonpush heat from the living area.

Great location in middle of town with nice Colorado feel.
Pros:

Location is great and super easy access with parking out front. Nice Colorado and movie decorations. Loved being next door to Bear Coffee which was great too.

Cons:

Not the fault of Frenchman but we had a tough time sleeping through the night due to a rather loud party or group of people gathering in the alley/street behind the property. Was pretty rowdy until 2AM. Thought the room could have been a little cleaner especially the bathroom where we found some hair on floor and in drain. Still though a great property and fairly priced.
