The staff were extremely positive, polite, and always ready to help for my tiny need, which made a big difference. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided.

It is one of the best comfortable places that I have ever stayed near connaught place, located in the RK Ashram Metro Station. Room are well decorated and furnished. The manager was very helpful, he arrange last minute airport taxi for me.

The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing or work. Housekeeping did a great job. The food was another highlight. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi

The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Just 1 minute walking distance from RK Ashram Metro Station and very close to New Delhi Railway Station, making travel extremely easy.

First things is the staff is very friendly! They are helped me so much in every single ask. Rooms are clean and comfy. 4 pillows!!!! Hot water! Location is amazing! Lift! Delicious food and especially the breakfast! Highly recommended!

The property is located near Connaught Place, one of Delhi’s main shopping and business hubs, with easy access to markets. Hotel ambience is good, pleasant environment, soft music and classical Indian music plays in the reception. My room TV was smart, i have watched Netflix sometime during my stay.

EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD. I have been to 40+ countries, used Expedia for years, and this was by far the most fraudulently advertised hotel. I now question the reliability of Expedia listings.

The address was not as listed but in a back alley nearby with no street signage - and that was already the best part. It is located in the slums. There was human feces immediately outside the building. Linen was visibly stained, dead insects on bed, no shower, toilet unflushable, no toilet paper, AC unadjustable, staff tried to make 2 guests share 1 bath towel, and the "disposable" slippers and soap provided were clearly used and repackaged. They also locked the front door from the inside at night - a serious safety hazard in case of fire.

The only reason we stayed 30 minutes into our 3-day booking was to find another hotel booking in the middle of the night. Would give negative stars if I could.

For this budget, I think it’s great value for money.
