Pros:

Perfect location lighting in parking lot good clean large rooms friendly staff i like getting texts to see if everything is ok when i let them know there was no remote i went to the front desk to pickup then when i notified them shampoo was out for the next guest i could have got shampoo at the desk but already washed my hair. Theres coffee downstairs nice breakfast. Could use oranges and blueberry muffins

If the staff could look at the rooms that are already booked then if someone checks in at 9pm dont put them right beside another room especially with 5 kids and if my room has a do not disturb sign on the door i was already asleep after listening to banging for an hour complained they moved to another room but another 30 min after the front desk called them it sounded like kids were jumping on the floor. I know theyre excited but by 11pm should be considerate of others. This is not the hotels fault kids will be kids but dont put a large family right beside another room for them to be disturbed. Please

Pros:

My room was perfect I came 12 hours for a funeral and tthe staff was so comforting about it. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was kid friendly. When I come back this Summer to visit family I will book again.

Front door is a little hidden by the seating area...

Great place to stay when traveling.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and had options. The room was spacious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was close enough to Memphis without being in all the traffic.

Cons:

The walls were thin and could hear the TVs from adjoining rooms.
