Best Inn

I didn’t like how the rooms just looked and felt dirty like I didn’t want to walk on the carpet without shoes or socks on! I also didn’t like when we went to stay longer bc we were in town another night, how the staff and or management caught attitudes and kept trying to come in our room! Non smoking rooms that smelt like straight cigarettes!

Where do I even begin:
-Non smoking room that reeked of cigarette.
-Roach feces on smoke alarm
-Leaky faucet in bathroom
-Dirty beds that smelled like human body odor
-Cigarette holes burned through pillow case

But that’s not even the worst. I am a single mother and I had my 3 year old daughter with me. Someone tell me how it was appropriate for the hotel manager to knock on the door and then push himself into our room without being invited??? What followed after was just flat out sketchy. He had a remote in his hand when he came in and started messing with my tv even though I declined. He turned it on and then left the room with the remote he walked in with. I tried to turn the tv off with the remote that was already in the room and the tv kept acting like it was going to turn off and then would come right back on to the same religious program he turned on. Flat out weird. I had to unplug the tv from its power source to make it stop. The place was absolutely disgusting.

I was scared to touch anything

Ac could have better maintained, bathroom needed better attention. Only one ice machine that runs out of ice at times. No microwave in room to heat food and no on-site laundry room if you needed to do laundry.
