Gostei, mas o quarto poderia ser melhor
Pros:

Gostei da localização, do atendimento e da praticidade de entrar e sair do local.

Cons:

Avaliei desta forma porque colocaram 3 pessoas num quarto de cadeirante. Achei bem desconfortável. Tenho certeza que tem quartos maiores e melhores mas deviam estar ocupados quando reservei.

It has been a difficult experience as we do not speak their langage..
Pros:

No breakfast. The location is good as it is located opposite to a Mall.

Cons:

Wow. It is a long story.
First, staff do not speak English.
Second, it took us more than 1 hour to check in.
Third, no daily clean up for our 4 days 3 nights stay.
Fourth, wi-fi does not work.
Fifth, no new towels replacement on a daily basis.
Sixth, after requested on a daily basis for new towels, even on a second request, we had to wait over one hour to receive the towels.
We shall not go back again.

Not worthy. Bad cleaning.

I liked the shop available at the reception.

Cons:

I don’t believe the pictures show the reality to be honest. I only booked the family room because I really thought that were 2 double beds. I could have booked another room, but the pictures absolutely mislead me. When we got to the room, the worst feeling ever, 4 of us in a very tiny apartment, wasn’t ok. I was with my partner and our mothers. Smell was awful, mould in the bathroom and not healthy at all. I was staying there because I have been through surgery and my breathing got really bad with the mould. Cleaning was bad too. I don’t recommend this place, don’t think the price was fair for the quality offered at all.

- No checkin, me direcionaram para um quarto já ocupado. Como o acesso é por senha, acabei entrando no quarto de outra pessoa! olha que falha de segurança absurdo!
- Notadamente não fizeram a limpeza e higienização após o checkout do hospede anterior, pois não haviam retirado o lixo e não e recolheram as calcinhas esquecidas no banheiro. 😒

Cons:

Fiquei hospedada na suíte 714, com janela para a escada de incêndio, o que impedia da luminosidade entrar, além disso os azulejos do box apresentavam lodo incrustado e as paredes do quarto bastante danificadas. Tenho ficado em quartos pouco confortáveis e mal conservados, o que tem me deixado bastante insatisfeita.

Não tinha janela no quarto, só uma pequena janela para o corredor, ou seja, não tinha janela. Não sabia se tinha sol ou chuva, não tinha um vento natural, lugar parecia uma caverna.
Muito diferente da foto.
Não tinha panela, precisava alugar, absurdo informar que tem utensílios e não ter panela.
