O atendimento foi maravilhoso, sem dúvida é o ponto mais forte da pousada, achei o quarto extremamente pequeno e mau dividido, a porta do banheiro não fecha, o quarto era com ventilador porém estava estragado, até arrumaram um de improviso mas por não ter ar ficou muito quente, o sinal de internet simplesmente some e não volta. O café da manhã é bom e com bastante variedade, só achei desconfortável o tipo de mesa onde tomamos o café.

Mais pra pensão que pousada, mas consegui dormir.
Pros:

Fui colocado num quarto externo, após a piscina. Senti algo ruim da recepção , como se minha opção por usar o aplicativo hotéis com influenciasse.Para ir a recepção pedir algo, tinha que caminhar na chuva. Telefone da recepção não funciona direito. Frigobar vazio. Não tem lugar para guardar o carro. Estacionamento é para apenas muito poucos veículos, mas a rua é tranquila, bairro ligeiramente sossegado e pude deixar o carro na praça. Mesmo assim a moça da recepção queria detalhes do meu carro, o que considerei invasivo demais. O lugar parece um casarão velho que foi adaptado para virar pensão com vários puxadinhos. Ia extender a viagem mas desisti.

Pros:

Pousada maravilhosa. Fomos muito bem recebidos, limpeza impecável, super confortável, um café da manhã com muita fartura. Os meninos da recepção são uma graça.
