Spacious, clean room; breakfast was better than many complimentary breakfasts; staff was very friendly
General layout of hotel was very odd making it difficult to navigate. The shower had tepid way at best, but the sink had hot water, parking was expensive and difficult to find.
The room was very modern and beautiful. I was so impressed with the decor and the comfort of the room.
Breakfast was terrible, undercooked, bacon, cold, scrambled eggs, and hard potatoes. I think a catering service would help the quality of breakfast.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet.

Next to a noisy street
Hotel was barely occupied during our stay - however we were placed next to another room that we could hear children being noisy. Not sure when the place was relatively empty, we couldn't have been placed further apart. The view from our window was less than desirable and again could have been avoided. Got in the shower and no conditioner in the attached bottle that you have no way of getting into. Beds were great. Location was convenient if you needed medical care - streets around the area were narrow with construction. Paid for the garage parking - awesome as we were the only one of 2 cars there. However, any car could drive in/out so not secure, and no direct access into the hotel from the garage so you still had to carry luggage out in the elements. Not sure I would return - I guess it would depend on if I really needed the medical district or not. Overall, not bad. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, so I can't speak to that.
Check the shower supplies daily and replenish if needed - seems basic.

Need more info on parking on their website. I was not sure where to park to check in. Sign in front of building said no parking. I went ahead and parked there to go to front desk to ask where to park. Frustrating when first time customer. Breakfast was okay.

Booking.com was WRONG. NO BALCONY SUITE AVAILABLE. Hotel and staff in Omaha were great and also suggested I never use BOOKING. COM
