Will definitely be using Element for any future trips to Charlotte. Won’t start my searches anywhere else!
Pros:

The location for me ,to the Bank of America stadium, was the ideal location. We were able to valet park our car, then walk everywhere we needed to go! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were well appointed and we even got great dinner suggestions from the front desk staff upon arrival! Great service!

I BOOKED ONLINE ON HIGHWAY 15 minutes PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY CHOOSING A HOTEL NEAR BANK OF AMERICA STADIUM...ONCE I ARRIVED, FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED AND NO MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE. SHE LOOKED INTO COMPUTER SYSTEM STATING SHE DID NOT SEE MY RESERVATION AS WELL. I ASKED HER WHY IS IT STILL SHOWING VACANT ONLINE AND SHE STATED IT HAD NOT BEEN UPDATED WITH "BOOKING.COM" YET. I WAS CHARGED ANYHOW NOW DISPUTING MY STAY. RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME TO CHECK ACROSS ALLY WAY TO HOME 2 SUITES BECAUSE THEY STILL HAD VACANCIES. OBVIOUSLY SHE HAD BEEN IN TOUCH W/ THEM. I DID, RESERVED 1 OF LAST 2 ROOMS RECEPTIONIST STATED HAD AND MY OVERNIGHT STAY WAS WITH HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON RIGHT ACROSS BACK BREEZEWAY AND I HAVE RECEIPT W/EXACT SAME DATE OF OVERNIGHT STAY....I WAS JUST WANTING TO GO TO PANTHERS GAME AND RESERVED A ROOM FOR 1 NIGHT, ENDED UP AT HOMES 2 SUITE BUT NOW BEING CHARGED BY YOUR HOTEL !!!

Definitely a great hotel if you’re here for a football or basketball game
Pros:

Wonderful location, about a 15 minute walk from Bank of America stadium and lots of other bars and restaurants nearby. The pricing was very fair as well
