Tamara standards to be reinforced.
Pros:

Location and rooms are good.

Cons:

Not trained staff, hospitality training required for the staffs. No any good reception by the front office. Check in experience very poor. Tamara group standards are a must to implement. No proper management visible at hotel premises, inexperienced staff's only. Higher management attention required.

Very clean rooms, very near to temple.
Pros:

Clean rooms, walkable distance to the temple. It is very near to south entrance of the temple. Room service was very good.

Cons:

The live counter at the breakfast buffet in the morning was very slow. There was no one at the counter to take our dosa order. After waiting for 5 minutes, someone took the order but reluctantly gave a half cooked dosa. The person in the live counter was absolutely uninterested to serve us. He just vanishes from there so we don’t question him. We went at 7:30 am and only 4 of them were in the dining room.

I should say one of the best properties near Guruvayoor Temple.
Pros:

Very neat and clean property .. very spacious.. I took a family room and it was spacious for 4 of us.
Beds were comfortable too..

Cons:

Kind of forced buffet.. rates for ala carte was on a higher side is what is felt.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay with good food and temple visit was also comfortably possible.
Pros:

The quiet and peaceful atmosphere inside and outside the hotel.
Close proximity to temple- walkable distance to south nada.
Spacious & well lit room with large beds.
The tile on the bathroom floor to scrub feet- ideal after temple visit, is a very thoughtful design. Highly impressed.
Overall cleanliness - commendable.
Food - Dinner- less oily dishes, crisp delicious kerala porotta, delectable daal makhani.
Lunch- the kerala meals 😋- massive and elegant presentation.
Special mention.. manchow soup.. ideal for the monsoon, my kids loved it.
Quick room service.
Courteous & polite staff- always with a smile.

Cons:

Rooms alloted could have been closer as requested.
