Great staff who were responsive and kind!

The only complaint I had was the shower head. It is ok for the most part but for people like me who use a CPAP a shower head that is adjustable is preferred so you can use it to flush the hose with hot soapy water. Just a suggestion.

First impression, very friendly staff. The hotel suited our needs very well in every aspect. The location was nice in that I could walk over to the park and watch some baseball.
Suggestion: put a grip bar in the shower/tub, or at least non slick texture strips on the bottom of the tub.

Staff member that checked us in the night of our stay was very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the facility and also gave us extra towels for my son who played a game prior to our stay so he could shower and relax before bed.

It was quite and safe

We were in Milwaukee to attend a wedding being held at the Boerner Botanical Gardens. The venue was just a few minutes away. There were also many restaurants within minutes to the hotel.

The woman who checked us in was friendly and told us many good restaurants in the area. She was extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

We would definitely return if we come back to the Milwaukee area.

I love staying at this location when I am in Franklin for work. This hotel is clean, quiet, and perfect when staying for a work trip.

room was clean and neighborhood was safe. price was excellent! i'm being very picky but the pool was a bit small and the breakfast a bit limited. other than those two very minor things it was a great hotel.

Horrible! Janet was rude and calls the police on anyone who is enjoying themselves. I have never been disrespected so poorly in a stay. Called cooperate on her.

Very new property. Everything is super clean and higher quality.

The room was great with the exception that the beds were rather hard.
The continental breakfast was good.
This hotel is centrally located to restaurants, bars and many stores. It is in the middle of the baseball complex, but we were not bothered with noise from the kids.
Was a very enjoya ble stay.

100% recommend this hotel. All of the staff here is so kind,helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff is wonderful. As light sleepers,we especially appreciate the fact that the quiet time from 10pm until 8am is strictly enforced. No negative things to say at all.

It is a very nice hotel. But did not get much rest due to the people on the 4th floor having a all night party till 3 am. The lady at the desk did give us 2 bottles of water for free, but maybe could of knocked some money off our stay since we complained about the noisy people staying above us and not getting any rest.

Great hotel. Convenient to airport. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
