Great vibes
Pros:

I have never had a bad experience here. I don’t second guess how clean it is and comfortable. No matter I get great parking and I can see my car outside the window. I sleep peacefully without any noise. It doesn’t matter if my trip requires me to be in Brooklyn or Manhattan, Melrose hotel is always my first choice.

Cons:

At times the rate can be costly

Complemento para experiencia completa de Nueva York.

Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y el personal es muy amable y empático.

Cons:

Lastimosamente, la ubicación no es de las mejores, pese a que esta muy cerca del metro, las calles cercanas están desbordadas de basura y con mucha gente desocupada.

First time visit to Yankee Stadium, easily accessible through Uber.
Pros:

Location was great for activities planned. (Yankee stadium) Staff very accommodating. Parking across the street was convenient. (Not included)

Cons:

Area around hotel was a little rough. Very few dining options easily accessible. Mostly takeout or fast food, pizza.

Pros:

The employees were all very sweet and gave us great ideas for where to go, what to see and genuinely concerned for our safety as tourists.

Cons:

This is not a reflection on the property itself or the employees, but the neighborhood is not the best. However the area in front if the hotel was kept clean and litter free.
