The hotel was clean

Cons:

The second day i asked that the room did not need to be cleaned but I did need clean towels. I had to go to front desk on my return that evening to get clean towels. On the third day we returned back to the room to find that housekeeping had not shut the door after cleaning the room and my door was left open, not unlocked but wide open!

Nice, cute, little Hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice.
The staff were very nice and friendly.
They got us in a bit early, then regular check in, because we had a Long flight, and we're exhausted!

Good hotel
Pros:

I can't fault the hotel and staff at all, were very accommodating and the hotel was very pleasant to sleep in.

Cons:

The area was very rough, not one I would feel comfortable to stay within again being honest.

Great stay for good value. Nice facilities.
Pros:

Lovely and nice small hotel. Found 4 USB charging ports in the room (excellent for people travelling from outside of the US). Facilities were great. Staff was nice. View from the window was amazing. Good value. Grocery stores and fast food chains were nearby. Walls between two rooms were soundproof, unless your neighbours decide to throw a party (unlikely, but can happen). Subway is 1min walk away.

Cons:

Door between the room and outside hallway wasn’t very soundproof as you can hear people outside of the door. Neighbourhood was not nice, but did not feel dangerous.
