Pros:

Il personale accogliente e disponibile, posizione buona ma non ottima ben collegato ma comunque 30 minuti da Wall street e un'ora dell'Aeroporto per il resto il quartiere è tranquillo non abbiamo avuto problemi metro vicina. Servizi supermercati e tutto vicino alla struttura. Nella stanza addirittura c'è il ferro da stiro è un asciugacapelli buona il frigo.
A doppia funziona bene e in molti posti non è scontato questa cosa.

Cons:

Giusto come consiglio la struttura Manca uno specchio a figura intera e magari qualche distributore per l'acqua e servizi essenziali per la notte

It was okay. The bed was good size but it was the volume of the entire room. Good shower.
Pros:

The size of the bed. The evening front desk host (the pepsi guy) was OUTSTANDING!!!! He was beyond accommodating, understanding, charismatic, attentive, helpful. and so much more. I wish i would’ve gotten/remembered his name because I would love to book this hotel again if he’s working. He answered every single question and provided me with excellent, EXCEPTIONAL service!

Cons:

The area. The day time customer front desk host. Very kurt and rude.

Good hotel 15 minutes from downtown manhattan via subway
Pros:

Good value stones throw from subway into manhattan . McDonald’s / Burger King / Dunkin’s nearby . Hotel itself looked like a new renovation next to opera house hotel . Room and bed comfy
Guy on reception always friendly even leant me his umbrella

Cons:

Local area a bit seedy but safe didn’t put me off

EXCELLENT!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Melrose Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and always available to help. Our room (a huge one!) was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend it!

I had a great stay

I like that the rooms were very clean, equipped with everything the site says the hotel has to offer & the staff were very friendly & helpful

Pros:

The room was modern and clean and had a great view of the Manhattan skyline. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Great location near the 2 & 5 lines. Bodega with an atm and drug store in the same block.

Cons:

There was a slight misconnect with the front desk and housekeeping which caused us some inconvenience during our stay. Eventually the problem got fixed.

The neighbourhood was a little rough but didn't cause anyharm.
