Like home ...A little too much maybe 🤔

Noticed a communication breakdown between front desk and housekeeping following through (not)
I tried a few times to ask and was shut down being told "we're not a real hotel" before I could get in the next word... I stayed there 4 weeks in 2 rooms and never had any attention to my room by housekeeping... I saw housekeeping and traded towels a few times but I was ok with fending for myself because... Not the end of the world but maybe there's a breakdown between front desk and housekeeping... Overall it was fine but a pickier person might leave a hot review so ....fix it

Also the energy saving feature in the bathroom with the lights is very inefficient and annoying as it clicks on and off all day and night... Both rooms ...

The hotel is fine but even our white noise machine didn't help the noise.
Pros:

The location was close to where we were going, and Dawn at the front desk was kind. The room was clean and there were a lot of amenities available in the room itself.

Cons:

The noise !!! the neighboring room had their TV on so loud until 3 am - and dogs barking in the hallways - terrible nights sleep due to this. Also why no garbage can in the bathroom ? and even a continental breakfast would have been appreciated.

I WILL BE BACK WHEN I COME UP TO VISIT MY BOYFRIEND!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the little details (modern bathroom and a kitchenette were nic) made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros:

Hotel and rooms was extremely clean, you can tell it either new or newly renovated. There's a convient store next to the front desk with snacks and drinks. The room was much bigger than expected and was disability friendly.

Cons:

The light situation in the room was weird and a little confusing. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and the temperature was difficult to get right.

The beds were horrible, the a/c took over a day to get cold. Hardly any ice from freezer. And the shower water pressure was awful. And the room had ants in the bathroom.

Pros:

I was in Phoenix a few days on business and stayed at this hotel … honestly a great value Super clean and a comfortable bed & pleasant staff … the room has the benefit of a small kitchen area if you need it … great value and really very nice stay … not much around the hotel to speak of however lovely views of the surrounding mountains a beautiful sunset !
