We only stayed 1 night as we are headed to another destination. It was a nice place to sleep for the night. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Watched a little tv on the AmazonFire Tv, slept, and left early in the morning. It was also very affordable.

Nice hotel . Room was very clean and had good air conditioning. Everything worked well. Biggest issue was there was not any chairs in the room.

This was a very clean with great staff and a wonderful locations for downtown Waynesburg.

Great place for the cost. Road out front was busier than expected. Close to the University

I reserved a room and when I turned up at the hotel I was there was no room available. What does a reservation mean? I was very unhappy as I had to find another hotel room at very short notice.I was also told I had to claim back my money on Expedia.

I will probably never go back there again.
There were a huge number of ants, they were everywhere, and I think most of them decided to travel with us.
There is not a single shelf or hanger in the rooms for our clothes, towels, etc.
The mattress was sagging, probably from long use
The air conditioner was broken and the room was very cold.
Trains passed by the hotel all night, always honking. Traffic also added noise all night.
On a positive note, all the furniture, TV, plumbing are new and the entire room has been recently renovated.

The room was impeccable, the property was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. You will not get better for this price.

Very nice place, comfortable and cosy. Just two things I'd consider to add: small desk to work with laptop, and night light (just a simple cheap lamp at the bed side).

Great place very comfortable. Just needs a closet to hang clothes and few more towels for each room. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Recently renovated, clean, but no closet to hang jackets. The ad does not specify cast iron cookware is required if using the stove. We checked in late and needed to do light cooking. So had to rush to Walmart to get an electric kettle and pan before the store closed. They don’t provide any kitchenware and utensils. Situated next to a railroad, and major traffic roads, it’s noisy early in the morning if you are not a morning person

Looking for something clean, convenient, and affordable for one evening after late game in Morgantown. The room met my needs and the shower pressure and temperature was great.

Pleasantly surprised considering the inexpensive price. Nice amenities for the price as well. Room was clean and smelled nice.

I had my worst experience in Residency Inn & Studios at Wayensburg, PA. They did not let me in. I had a booking for Sat, Jul 13 to Sun, Jul 14, 2024. I arrived after midnight but tried to call them numerous times before. No one picked up. After arriving at the hotel, I called another number left at their empty front desk numerous times and also left a voice mail. No one picked up. I had to go to another motel and pay an exorbitant amount for a shabby room for the night. It is true that they called me few times before 5:30 – 8:30 pm, when I was driving and could not pick up a call. However, they left me a voicemail asking me to call them back. They did not leave any instruction for late check in.

Next morning when I went to the hotel, there was again no one in the front desk. I called them and a guy picked up. They did not come to meet me and told me over phone that my card will not be charged. However, the amount I paid through Hotels.com has not been returned to my account until Aug 1, 2024. I am now disputing the charge through Hotels.com. I have been making road trips in USA for almost 15 years. In numerous occasions I have arrived at a motel/hotel after midnight. There has never been such an issue before. Their service is certainly the worst I have seen and will never book this place in future.

I loved the room and how it was nicely set up and clean

I sent a message for a late arrival. Someone called to provide me with my room number and code to enter the room. When I got there the code didn’t work. Another customer was watching me because their code also didn’t work. After several attempts I entered zero before the code and the room opened. I told the other customer what I did but that didn’t work for them and since no staff was on duty they left.
