Pros:

Location, staff behaviour, room quality, room service.

Cons:

Saturday night party music at extremely high volume from the restaurant Hunky Dory on the ground floor. Even in my room on the 3rd floor it was disturbing till it stopped at 1 am. I think it is a weekly feature. Not acceptable.

Was much satisfied & will consider the coming back positively.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. Cleanliness was up to good standards. Staff was courteous & helpful.

Cons:

The room intercom was not working efficiently and had lot of communication issues regarding contacting room service & reception. Also 1 of the elevator was not working leading inconvenience & waiting period.

Staff especially in the restaurant were very friendly, attentive and excellent
