The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads.
The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full size plates rather than the supplied quarter plates, resulted in delay of 20 mins and delivery of French Fries! Had to call the reception, talk to manager to get it sorted.
While I loved the peace and tranquility of the property, I think it needs ton up it's game in services.
