Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and the food was also good

A wonderful sanctuary in the busy Chennai
Pros:

From start to finish, our experience of this hotel was one of complete and absolute delight. The room was comfortable, clean and perfectly maintained. It was some of the best nights sleep we had in 7 weeks of touring the South of India. I cannot compliment the staff enough. They were helpful and accommodating at every moment of our stay. I would highly recommend a stay here if spending time in Chennai. Thank you from Nathan and Ruby

Pros:

This hotel is super clean and everything was very organised. All the staff a lovely and experienced at getting our onward bus tickets sorted.

Overall the stay was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Staffs (Aruna, Saravanan, Heir, Ajith) were absolute rockstars. Very helpful, always smile on their faces. We had to extend a day and a half. They were very accommodating and extended our stay without any fuss.

Mr. Saravanan (Manager) even offered to book train tickets for us as we were struggling to find ways to go to different city. Gesture and customer centric approach was a treat truly.

Restaurant had fresh and hygeinic food. We thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Boys (hotel helpers) were very prompt too. They would pick up luggage and load them before you even ask them. Bring you water, you just have to mention once.

Overall the stay was very positive and I would highly recommend this hotel.
