Breakfast was great
Shower cleanliness and bathroom fan was extremely loud while in use spoke to staff and was told all bathroom fans are loud in all rooms unacceptable for the money that it’s paid for the stay
The rooms were clean ,the manager was nice and helped me with an issue I had upon check in.They offer movie night ,smores by the fire .The beds were comfy ,you are able to cook small things as they provide a stove ,big bonus when you have kids .My kid loves swimming, there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.
Not a deal breaker but the pool isn't heated.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests bringing extra towels, trash bags, or anything else we needed. The atmosphere was very cozy and warm, with a true winter, forest-like vibe. We loved the idea of roasting marshmallows the hotel provides special kits, which was such a nice and thoughtful touch, especially for families. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent everything is within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, and shops. Breakfasts were tasty and nicely organized.
There were a few minor issues with the jacuzzi. The first time we submitted a request, a technician came and fixed it. But the second time, when the jacuzzi stopped working again, we left a request around 8 p.m. (the pool is open until 10 p.m.), and unfortunately no one came to fix the problem. Also, the breakfasts were the same every day (from Monday to Friday): cheese omelet, patties, and potatoes. We didn’t need a big variety, but it would have been nice if at least one item changed occasionally (for example, patties replaced with bacon or sausages).
Muy bonito lugar, las fogatas, 🔥, instalaciones y personal muy atento.
Nada
The location is close to the Village and clean with a lot of space in the room.
I was informed of a $29 parking charge for the 1 night booking, when we arrived and checked in. I did not pay a parking fee last year at the same site. I also have Hilton membership and had parking waived or not billed in other locations. We paid over $300 for the one night and have now realized that it is not worth it with an added parking fee of $29/day. We will look for another location for next year. The year before, we were also told of a smores gathering and free smores kits. This year, nothing. In addition, the next morning, I was waiting near two male employees who were talking near the breakfast bar after filling cereal dispensers, and when they noticed I was waiting near to get access to the waffle maker that they were blocking, they said, "Oh, the waffle machine isn't working" I was disappointed and took some steps away. My husband noticed my disappointment and asked why. I told him the waffle maker isn't working and he pointed out to me that there were two other waffle makers across the room that were working. Why wouldn't the employees let me know that? They could have easily said "This one isn't working, but there are two across the room that are working". We pay a lot per night and part of the cost is for the included breakfast, as well as hospitality. I can go to Motel 6 and get the same level of hospitality for half the price and just buy breakfast foods on my own.
execellent
the beds were uncomfortable
Outstanding breakfast. Good location. The size of the suite was OUTSTANDING,
Unbelievable that this hotel did not have a business center with a computer/printer. The TV was extremely hard to operate.
loved the amenities
the power went out for a couple hours due to the weather however that’s out of their control.
Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Cynthia was very welcoming and helpful
Was a little shocked at the $29 parking fee
Very welcoming in every way. Complimentary coffee and tea and hot chocolate available in lobby and at night there were s’more kits ready to make in the courtyard fire pits.
The rooms are large and comfortable, huge bed and tv and separate lounge area. The kitchen setup is very good with microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and sandwich press.
Bathroom is fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
The complimentary buffet breakfast was simple but delicious with hot options of omelettes, sausage, potatoes or oatmeal, cereals and waffles which you made yourself.
The location to the Summit is so close that we were able to just walk up each day to ski. The free Mountain transit bus is available within a short walk as well.
The Spa and pool were also a lovely place to end the day.
Absolutely nothing.
breakfast was not supported well and the food finished and was not replenished in time
the 100 $ for early check in I was hit with is very poor customer service. I am a HILTON honors member and this did not go down well
We loved the pool and the friendliness of the staff--and the fact that you can text them when you needed something. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby encouraged a family-friendly environment. The outside fires for roasting Smores were a great touch.
The breakfast options were limited. Parking is expensive at $29/day. The pool could be warmer and have more and larger towels available.
