Pros:

Ok for short stay. Staff ok.

No kitchen services in the hotel. Don't rely on tea- coffee or food in the hotel

Location at very odd place so not good for elderly customers

The property is not well maintained. Even though the room and the toilet were reasonably clean but they were old and needed lots of repairs . As we were on pilgrimage we not so bothered but the room and toilet needed lots of maintenance.A two star hotel does not mean broken and dirty facilities. I will only give a five a star to the staff as they were kind, courteous and extremely helpful. They could only provide what they had available. And they went beyond their capacity to help their guests. Treebo cannot take pride in what they are offering. Apart from the staff who were outstanding the rest of the property needs complete revamp.Hope Treebo takes note of this.

Pros:

Very clean and new property- staff is very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone visit vrindavan/mathura for a very decent price. Close to all the temples and easily accessible. Rooms are spacious and really tidy.
