Prestige Manaus Hotel

This hotel is completely unacceptable and should not be listed on Booking. The entire property is run-down, outdated, and feels unsafe. There are constant noises, signs of pests, and even a hole in the elevator — which is shocking on its own.

The room was in terrible condition. The shower was dirty and heavily worn, the beds were rock hard to the point where I could feel the springs, and the bathroom tap was leaking so badly it had caused brown stains. The entire bathroom floor was wet, and basic maintenance is clearly nonexistent. Furniture was unstable — tables were uneven, and the refrigerator was close to falling over because of it. The air conditioning was old and emitted a horrible smell.

The staff experience was equally disappointing. Two staff members showed zero interest in helping or doing their jobs. Only one gentleman made an effort — credit to him — but he was the exception.

After spending no more than two minutes in the room, I immediately went back downstairs to cancel and request a refund. I was told this was “not possible” because I paid with Apple Pay and it was a holiday — an unacceptable excuse. The manager, who should take responsibility in situations like this, completely avoided resolving the issue and instead blamed the payment provider. I was promised a refund the next day. I never received it.

This feels like a complete scam.

Having traveled to over 40 countries, I can say with absolute certainty: this is the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. Booking should seriously investigate this property and take responsibility for listing it.

Não gostei que a tomada não estava funcionando ao lado da camas
E wi-fi também não pegava, mas acredito que possa melhorar.

Da estrutura do quarto e do banheiro/ do café da manhã/ da TV

O quarto que eu fiquei não tinha uma mesa pra comer , ao lado da cama nem uma toma pra acender a luz , nem um criado mudo ao lado da cama ,fora a cortina que não tem bloqueador de luz , fora que no Domingo 8:00 da manhã não dar pra descansar porque tem muita zoada na rua por conta de uma facha liberada o som e muito alto e vai até às 14 horas ..

Anlimpeza deixa muito a desejar, tanto do apartamento como o cheiro das toalhas. Hotel não possui gerador, ou seja, se faltar luz o hóspede vai ter que utilizar a escada para subir e/ou descer do apartamento.

Acomodação sem manutenção, quarto sujo, banheiro com instalações antigas, vazamento de água do box e no outro dia não tinha água no chuveiro. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

A cama não tinha base.. O colchão ficava no chão.. As paredes tinham formigas.. Fora a falta de água.. Toalhas, lençóis e fronhas encardidos.. O café da manhã não tinha variedades..

The hotel is a bit old and needs maintenance. The breakfast was disappointing, very few options and everything tasted very industrialized
