Niestety pobyt w pokoju w Prestige Manaus Hotel był bardzo rozczarowujący. Pokój wyglądał bardziej jak magazyn niż pokój hotelowy – przypadkowe meble, brak podstawowych elementów wyposażenia i bardzo słaby standard. Brak stolików nocnych przy łóżkach oraz praktycznie brak kontaktów elektrycznych.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo słabo i praktycznie nie chłodzi pomieszczenia, co w tak gorącym mieście jest poważnym problemem. Dodatkowo przez około godzinę w hotelu nie było wody.

Łazienka to kolejny minus – podczas prysznica woda wylewa się na podłogę i zalewa całą łazienkę. Trudno zrozumieć, jak taki pokój może być oferowany gościom. Standard jest zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań i wymaga pilnego remontu oraz poprawy utrzymania.

Unfortunately, the room at Prestige Manaus Hotel was a big disappointment. The room looked more like a storage room than a hotel room – random furniture, very poor design and a clear lack of basic equipment. There were no bedside tables next to the beds and almost no electrical outlets available.

Cleanliness was also far from acceptable. The air conditioning worked very poorly and barely cooled the room, which is a serious issue in a hot city like Manaus. On top of that, there was no water in the hotel for about an hour.

The bathroom was another problem – when taking a shower, water spills out onto the floor and floods the entire bathroom. It is hard to understand how such a room can be offered to guests. The overall standard is far below expectations and urgently needs renovation and much better maintenance.

Infelizmente, a estadia no quarto do Prestige Manaus Hotel foi uma grande decepção. O quarto parecia mais um depósito do que um quarto de hotel – móveis aleatórios, decoração muito pobre e falta de itens básicos. Não havia mesas de cabeceira ao lado das camas e quase não existiam tomadas elétricas.

A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar.
