This property is not giving the FAB tag. There is no ventilation and the room was sprayed with a bad room spray.

Location - very close to the main temple site.

Pathetic experience.
Pros:

Pathetic hotel! You can’t like anything about this place. Not even the ppl. Only the owner was good who arranged a cab for us for omkareshwar and helped us fix the glasses.
But the staff, cleanliness, toilets. Everything was below average. The image shown in the booking.com website is all fake.

Pathetic hotel!
Fab orbit in Ujjain turned out to be the worst experience ever.
Dingy dark pest infested place. Rat running around in the toilet. Torn bedsheets. The hotel was so bad the entire place was stinky of some kind of tobacco.
The third room provided to us had a secret entry to the owners place. With access via exhaust fans.

Pros:

Location was good. Exactly opposite to Makaleshwar temple

Cons:

Room was not clean.
Lock was broken.
The room had no space for ventilation nd that's why it was stinking. The bathroom's exhaust fan was broken. We saw a rat roaming around in the premises.
And over all of the above the room was over priced as per the facilities and the category of stay
