Great a t place to stay, great amenities and convenient area to visit Manitou Springs.
Pros:

The first room assigned was not cleaned well it had obvious squished strawberries all throughout the room and on the floor/beds/chairs. I spoke to the helpful ladies at the front desk and they offered to move me to a new room. The facilities are great, we used the pool, gym, and laundry. One night as we went to do laundry, it wasn't working. The gentleman on the night desk was super kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve us needing to get laundry done.

Cons:

It would be nice if all staff had badge clearly with name tag so I could specify thank the gentleman on the night staff for his concern and effort to resolve our issue.

Overall ok hotel, I do not know how the name Hilton is attach to this place.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. The breakfast is awesome.

Cons:

No K-cup machine (as advertised) in room only Cuisinart wafers. No restaurants/bars walking distant. Limited TV channels.

Pretty much everything. However for safety reasons, something could have been done about the ice in the parking lot, very hazardous.

Pros:

Quality bedding, mattress, downy comforter... ample kitchen facilities with dishwasher, nice plateware.... warm pool, hot tub.... variety in the breakfasts every morning... nice variety of snack items in the front desk lobby area... helpful staff knowledgeable of area attractions.
