Pros:

Room was cleaned.

Cons:

Breakfast didnt include, slippers, shaving kit, iron, heater !! I had to ask.
Tried contacted booking.com to resolve bfast clarity. But didnt get response by you.
Not a gud experience i had.

Scam emails trying to get prepayment before arrival then cancelling booking before we arrived (booked same day, travelling all day, arrived to cancelled booking, very rude check in staff)

Cons:

The toilet cleanliness was not upto mark. Also overall cleanliness not as per my expectations/ previous good experience with Treebo. Breakfast was not full standard menu. Some items like eggs were missing. Breakfast arranged in a unclean basement area.

Absolutely horrific. People may fall ill if they stay here for 2 nights!
