Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Rakshitha Hotel. The breakfast was of excellent quality, delicious, and offered a great start to the day. The ambience was pleasant, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. I would especially like to appreciate the Front Office Manager, Mr. Balaji. From my very first phone conversation with him, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed, leaving a great first impression of the hotel. I was delighted to see that the same warmth, professionalism, and hospitality continued throughout my stay.

The room was neat, clean, and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my visit.

Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. Thank you, Rakshitha Hotel, for your excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Balaji and his wonderful team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Location was good. The staff were very polite. Overall, the room was good and neat

Cons:

We booked for two adults and two children. But they provided 2 single beds, and each bed is not enough to accommodate my 3-year-old child and me together. They also offered a complimentary breakfast for the stay, but they had not arranged food for all the guests on time. The behaviour of one of the staff members serving breakfast was poor.

Room was cozy, clean and as shown in the images. Bathrooms were clean with basic toiletries
Pros:

Breakfast was good but not adequately prepared as per the number of guests. We couldn't get many items as they were over. Few guests didn't get breakfast.

Although we had booked double bed, single bed was given to us. Beds were very uncomfortable Even water bottle was charged.Overall it was not a comfortable stay. The experience was bad.

Pleasant stay. I would advise customers in advance that the facility does not include a restaurant.
Pros:

Pleasant staff. Clean room and bathroom. Served my purpose.

Cons:

I wouldn't call this a hotel, but a bed and breakfast place. I reached there just about lunch time and was disappointed that there was no restaurant. I had to get something t o eat through Zomato.
