Great location for access to Byculla and surrounding areas. A safe, clean and comfortable option.
Pros:

Fantastic location for my specific needs – researching family history in the Byculla area. Excellent access to Christ Church, the Docks, Victoria Gardens/Zoo, Crawford Market, Gateway of India. Safe and clean. Most staff friendly, polite, smiley and helpful – notably Satish (restaurant), Masood (front door), Devika (front desk) and all of the cleaning and support staff we passed in the corridors.

Cons:

Certainly well-located, safe, clean and comfortable, but seems over-rated at 4-star and a little pricey for what you get. Quirky layout, all rooms look onto a single long corridor, gives a slightly dated, school-room look and feel. Overall niceness of most staff, was let down by one or two at front desk. The front desk manager who offered late-checkout on our last morning, then immediately withdrew her offer (suddenly “no rooms available”) when we shared the 30%-lower late-checkout price quoted by hotel management in our booking.com messages, could use a little customer service mentoring. Ms M eventually relented and let us stay on at the previously-quoted price, but that exchange and her frosty manner ended an otherwise very pleasant stay, on an unnecessarily lower note.

・ロラパルーザ会場までのアクセスが良いホテルを探していて、数少ないホテルから選びました。高級ホテルを探そうと思えばいくらでもあると思いますが、この金額で宿泊できるホテルとしては最高でした
・到着時間は真夜中でしたが、ポーターの笑顔とホスピタリティにホッと一安心
・友人2名でシングルベッド2台のホテルは他になかなかなかったので大変よかった。何より部屋の広さが心にゆとりをくれた
・シャワーの温度も水量も申し分なし
・スタッフ全員、笑顔で親切です
・レストランがリーズナブルで最高に美味しい（夜も）。朝食も日替わりで（ビッフェ）よかった
・周囲にスクールもあり、治安が良い
・毎日ミネラルウォーターを補充してくれます
・タオル類はきれい
・ベッドにデスクとコンセントあり

Cons:

・周囲に飲食店、スーパーマーケットが少ない
・アメニティが歯ブラシと櫛と剃刀とシャワーキャップのみ（コットン、綿棒あったら嬉しい）
・部屋にティッシュペーパはない
・ハンドソープが容器から漏れているのに、掃除の時に綺麗にしてもらえなかった
・ドライヤーが途中でなぜか止まる
