Front desk person at check in was nice.
Got my emailed receipt and saw where they charged me 75.00 pet fee for my service dog which is a federal law they are breaking. Called front desk asap and was lied to saying they couldn't give out managers name, which is another lie, finally after an hour of being lied to hung up on,lied to by their chat Guru, I finally got someone that actually seemed to care. So we'll see if they lied again or if my refund gets back to me Monday. Stay tuned
No breakfast like described or offered before
Staff very friendly but is getting bad in cleanliness
Not much really
Well beds was very uncomfortable. Rooms was laid out extremely strange. Free breakfast well that just cereal and bagels coffee and juice. I also was told I was getting charged a $100 deposit and would get that back and that was a lie. I didn't do any damage nothing stolen no reason to not get the 100 back.

Location was great, property was clean and staff was pleasant.
I stayed for three nights, and my room was not serviced during that time. I had to call to request fresh towels and toilet paper, and I ended up emptying my trash into a hallway bin. The staff was courteous and promptly provided clean towels when I called, though having to bring the used towels down myself was inconvenient. On the final day, a staff member did collect the towels I left in the hallway and provided additional toilet paper.
I also asked housekeeping staff in the hallway for trash bags so I could manage the trash myself, and they were very helpful. We were out of the room most days…either golfing, visiting Augusta National, or out for dinner…so access should not have been an issue. When I shared this feedback with the hotel, they suggested that our room may not have been serviced because we did not leave, which is not accurate. After I reported the missed service on the first day, I expected the room to be serviced the following morning. Lastly, staff should not be smoking at the front picnic table where guest come in.
Staff was excellent, amenities were good. The breakfast was decent and it was clean.
The parking wasnt too good. Big trucks were taking up most of the parking by parking side ways. They need to park those elsewhere. Then we had rough people staying around us. Beating on the floor above us, talking super loud in the hallways late/early morning.
Everything was nice and clean. Staff were polite and friendly.

I didn’t like that the first room smelled like smoke so I was moved to another room. Once I made it to the other room the people next to us played music loud all
Night and laughed & freestyles. Told from desk and they went asked them to tone it down they toned down for a few minutes and continued to be loud and I couldn’t get any sleep. As well they stated you would get the $100.00 refundable deposit back and never received the funds back .

Bathroom. Place wasn't clean. And had roaches. Seen them in the morning. Checked out earlier bc of roaches.
Comfortable bedding, good HVAC unit.
Property seemed old. Handle on bathroom pocket door completely fell out when I attempted to use it. Shower hinges and water sealant strips look old/worn and need to be replaced. Shower floor was super slippery!
