Location, location, location with fun main floor bar and restaurant scene
Pros:

Conveniently located by campus and between the main student downtown area of Boulder and Pearl Street. Room had great mountain view and practical room set up. Great happy hour scene and on site restaurant. Walkable to everything!

Comfy, chic room in an airy, stylish, comfortable hotel. Paid parking only.
Pros:

Lovely hotel - ample comfortable places to hang out outside of your room to work, chat, have a cocktail or coffee, including spacious covered patio with couches. Complimentary drinks are a nice perk. Room was stylish and comfortable. Nice gym with big windows and natural light. Super clean. Really nice decor, from furniture to art. 10 min walk to Pearl St pedestrian zone with tons of restaurants and shops; easy walk to campus.

Cons:

No parking, so one's only real option is valet at $40/night.

They wasted my time.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

I need them to provide me with an itemized receipt. They gave me a zero-dollar receipt. I asked Booking.com; they said to ask the property. I ask the property, and they issue a $0 receipt again. Don't book this hotel on booking.com if you are travelling for business.

Small cramped rooms, loud band, very nice staff
Pros:

The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The door broke on our first room so it had to be removed for us to get to our belongings. The coffee shop couldn’t make most drinks due to equipment problems. The rooms are small. The smoke detector is three feet from your face in the lofted twin bed. The charger didn’t work. The band and large group of college students in the lobby were loud. The rooms are so small you cannot pass one another unless somebody gets on the full size bed. Felt like we paid top dollar for bargain quality rooms.

Pros:

Free coffee and drink token was nice along with the location of the hotel.

Cons:

I think that breakfast options included in the stay would go a long way. Also not having a mini fridge in the room was difficult.

Pros:

I don’t know. They canceled our reservation the day before our arrival.

Cons:

We were dropping our daughter off for her first year of college and celebrating an anniversary. They called the day before our stay and canceled our reservation. They rebooked us in a different city! That wasn’t going to work for our plans and I told them that. They were unwilling to help us find a room in the city of our original reservation. I had to rebook on my own.

Not impressed
Pros:

I thought it was a beautiful hotel and great location.

Cons:

The rooms were very small. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. I paid $375 non refundable for one night and there was nothing special about the room. We also got there at 5:00pm and our room was still not ready. We waited 30 more minutes and I had to go ask for an update because no one was communicating with us, but the receptionist was texting on her phone. So we stayed one night with a very late check in and paid an outrageous price to not even be able to make coffee in our room the next morning. We were offered no compensation for the late check in. I have never had a check in that late and not be given any refunded money. We will not be staying there again. Their focus is on looking cool but not on customer service or convenience.
